Today I am sharing an amazing experience of my life. When I think about it I feel very proud. 8th February was our educational visit. Me and my all class mates and some of our respective teachers we all went to visit Radio Mirchi Jalandhar. As a student of journalism & mass communication that tour was very effective for us.  Every student was very delightful to visit that kind of place. We all know Radio Mirchi is a broadcasting and media production company. In India there are 63 cities in Radio Mirchi operating station, currently Radio Mirchi has a presence 76 station network. Moreover Radio Mirchi including three ishq FM stations along with online and international stations also. After all the company boast of a 112 station network. Radio Mirchi is the number 1 radio brant private FM space. It is owned by the Entertainment Network India. It has also broad network. Radio Mirchi is alos in USA New York.  W224CW-FM 92.7 streema. Radio Mirchi Jalandhar established in the year 2010, 98.3 FM Radio Mirchi in GT Road, Jalandhar is a top player in the category radio broadcasting services in the Jalandhar.  This well known establishment acts as a one stop destination servicing customers both local and from other parts of Jalandhar.  Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM Jalandhar Punjab runs with the slogan " Mirchi FM is hot". Radio MIrchi Jalandhar broadcasts various kinds of program for the people of Jalandhar. Among the various programming line up, Radio Mirchi has "Hello Jalandhar" a charged up breakfast show to begin the day. They also broadcast some event for women(Khubsurat) and their are most popular event is latest bollywood gossip. In this way they are entertaining. When we visit their office we saw Radio Mirchi's all staff and RJ they are very cordial and lively. They are also talented. They received us very cordially. We knew some precious things from them. Their hospitality is significant. I hope Radio Mirchi will prosper day by day. So many good wishes for Radio Mirchi.

Exploring in Rurka Kalan Village

 30th September was our 2nd field visit B.A Journalism & Mass Communication 2nd year & 1st year also M.A 1st year students. On that day we first reported in our department building. The faculty members had gave all the instructions of what we have to in the field visit. Our department arranged the university bus for our transportation. Three of our faculty members joined us with us in the field visit. There was a great fun in the bus while we were going to Rurka Kalan Village. The time duration from LPU to Rurka Kalan village is 33 minutes. Rurka Kalan is the very nice village in Punjab state.  Rurka Kalan  is a village in the  Tehsil   Phillaur ,  Jalandhar ,  Punjab , India.  Khurd and Kalan  Persian language word which means small and Big respectively when two villages have same name then it is distinguished as  Kalan  means Big and  Khurd  means Small with Village Name.  Harike Pattan Visit Last 2nd February 2024 we had a study tour to Harike Pattan wetland Punjab. Harike Wetland also known as "Hari-ke-Pattan. Harike Pattan lake jointly downstream from the confluence of the Beas & Sutlej rivers. Harike barrage was construct to meet the irrigation and drinking needs of southern parts of Punjab and adjoining state of Rajasthan. It's nearest place is Amritsar. It is 60km far from Amritsar. Wetland is very essential thing for a country. It balance hydrological and ecological equity. Harike Pattan mainly situated in Taran Taran district and Ferozepur district Punjab India. It is a largest manmade wetland in northern India. Although it is India's second largest wetland but now it is famous for it's diversity. It's depth is 2 meters and surface area is 4,1000 hectares.
