Human Migration

 Now in this world human migration is most hot topic. We know human migration is the movement of people from one place to another, with the intention of settling there. It can be temporary or permanent, and can occur within a country or across international borders. Various types of human migration are occurring now in current world. These are permanent, temporary, voluntary or forced. It can be also international or internal. We are observing about some countries human migration.  Those countries are experiencing human migration, both as countries of origin & destination, with some of the most prominent being India, Mexico. China, Russia, and the Philippines , among others. About India we can say, India is major source country for international migrants, with a large number of people migrating for work or other opportunities. China is another country with a large number of people migration. both internally and internationally. We can see also in Mexico, with many people migrating to other countries particularly the United States. In 2021 we saw Afghan people's migration, lot of people from Afghanistan they migrated to various countries of the world.  Russian-Ukrain War has also impacted in human migration. The Syrian Arab Republic is facing a major humanitarian crisis, with many people forced to flee their homes due to conflict. Same scenario was about also Afghanistan, Philippines & Indonesia. Generally people are trying to move in other country for their better living. These countries are USA, Canada. Australia. Germany & other European countries. Some factors influence for migration. Economic Factors, Political Factors & Social Factors. Although we can add colonialism involves the expansion of sedentary populations into new territories. This is a point also. With the increasing of unemployment globally, some people move in search of work or economic opportunity, to join family or to study human migration is increasing. Others move to escape conflict, persecution or large scale human rights violations. Still others move in response to the adverse effects climate change, natural disaster or other environmental factors. We can here about Rohingya Community's scenario also. Shelter for helpless and homeless people is a nobel work for us. Many organizations and individuals work to help homeless people, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and volunteers, offering services like shelter, food, job training and advocacy. We know the UNHCR stands for agency that protects refugees, asylum seekers, and stateless people. UNHCR also helps people return home or resettle in a new country. The primary UN organization working for human migrants is the International Organization for Migration (IOM), which is a leading intergovernmental organization in the field of migration, committed to humane and orderly migration.  According to current estimates, the number of international migrants globally in 2025 is expected to be around 290 million people. It is significant that UNHCR estimates 14 million Hindus, Sikhs and Muslims were displaced during the partition of India, the largest mass migration in human history. At last we can say some good impacts of human migration are: It helps to improve social life of people as they learn about new culture, customs, and languages which helps to improve brotherhood among people. We hope those organization who work for human migration they will more cautious & sincere for migrant people.
