New media almost entirely depends on the internet.  Especially the people who works in the media and who are not fully involved with media they also depends on the internet. We now live in a digital world where an increasing number of young people are growing up deeply immersed in online environments. However, most lack the knowledge to navigate the internet safely and possess limited digital literacy skills at an early age, putting them at risk as they socialize more online.  Now I will describe about cyber bullying. Extreme Weather in Delhi City

It is significant that day by day Delhi city is facing extreme weather and it looks abnormal and it is outlier when compared with other city's weather. We know India is a big country and every state’s has diverse weather condition. During winter Delhi is notorious for it’s heavy fog and abnormal haze. From month of December it becomes heavy till February. In December reduced visibility leads to disruption of road, air and rail traffic. Winter ends by the first week of March. Extreme temperatures have ranged from -2.2 to 49.9 ° C (28.0 to 121.8 °F). I am remembering that day when I was coming back to Phagwara from Bangladesh. Firstly our flight was delayed for 3 hours due to heavy fog and when we arrived in Delhi we had missed our train.  During that time we were puzzled what to do and we couldn’t make any decision.
